Usul Learning was created to make essential Islamic knowledge easier to approach for beginners, new Muslims, youth, and general readers.
The name Usul refers to "foundations" or "roots" in Arabic. It reflects the aim of this project: to help readers build their worship and understanding upon reliable foundations, with reference to the Qur'an, hadith literature, and the recognized scholarship of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamāʿah.
Usul Learning is not a replacement for qualified scholars, teachers, or classical texts. It is a learning support initiative that organizes foundational topics in a clear and accessible format, while encouraging readers to seek further knowledge from qualified people of knowledge.

Our mission is to present essential Islamic learning in a way that is structured, readable, and practical for today's learners.
The materials are prepared with reference to recognized Islamic sources and the Shafi'i scholarly tradition, while remaining open to correction, review, and improvement.
Usul Learning aims to support sincere learning without promoting argument, division, or personal interpretation.

Our vision is to build a long-term library of accessible Islamic learning resources, beginning with the foundations of worship.
Volume I is the first step in this project. Future works may expand into other areas of Islamic worship and practice, in sha' Allah, while maintaining the same commitment to clarity, care, and scholarly responsibility.
Muhammed Faheem
Muhammed Faheem is the founder and author behind Usul Learning. He began this project while trying to prepare a clear and structured guide to worship for someone close to him.
What began as a simple teaching aid gradually became a deeper personal journey of learning, correction, and careful research. Through that process, the project grew into a slide-based book designed to help readers understand foundational worship step by step.
Faheem does not present himself as a scholar or teacher. His role is to compile, structure, and present the material in an accessible format, while remaining open to correction and scholarly feedback.
